Here at Magpie, we understand that everyone has financial problems sometimes and it may even get to the stage where enforcement agents, or bailiffs are called in.

So we were very interested to read The Government has launched a fresh call for evidence to investigate what can be done to protect people from bailiffs.

Vulnerable individuals, families, and other victims of unacceptable bailiff behaviour will be asked about tougher protections, including the option of an independent regulator, the Ministry of Justice said.
